  1. Thanks for the worksheet, I tend to disagree being a childhood trauma survivor, but then information really doesn’t seem to have a one-size fits all for accuracy. We have to be careful not to categorize everyone as having gone through the same exact sets of symptoms, or how they occur. For me, the burning was not devaluing anything, it helped my forehead feel cool and to be able to feel normal for a while with the clarity and lack of reliving a set of events stuck in memory. I also never told anyone about the burns, and the location was picked due to ease of access.
